Yes, you can book or gift for another person or people even if you are not part of the reservation. Just bear in mind that you will need to define who the reservation holder will be (an adult) when you carry out the registration of the participants' details, and that the email you use in the billing field will be where all communications and documentation associated with the reservation are sent.

It depends. Activities usually require a minimum number of participants, although some can be done individually by paying the minimum required. In this case, if the group increases, we will refund the corresponding amount.

No. As with other online services, when you complete your purchase and make payment, only a pre-authorisation is made on your card, which holds the amount in your account as security. You will only be charged when we confirm your booking after validating availability. If not, the amount held will be released.

We will propose similar alternatives or another date. If they don't suit your preferences, don't worry, we will cancel the booking and the retained amount will be released.

Once you complete the purchase process, we check availability with our suppliers. Normally we will confirm your booking within 24-48 hours after payment is made and always via email with the e-voucher (PDF) attached. For groups of 9 or more people these times may be longer.

The e-voucher is a PDF document that is sent as an attachment to your booking confirmation email and contains all the details of your booking: basic information, services included, contacts, dates, times, meeting points, cancellation conditions and remarks or other instructions where appropriate, among others.

In the case of active tourism, nature or adventure activities, these are always carried out with qualified guides or accredited professionals, guaranteeing your safety and a quality experience.

No, transport is not included. All our products are designed for you to get to the activity locations under your own steam. We will provide you with the necessary information so that you can get there without any problems. It is possible that some activities may include transport from the provider, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point.

It depends on the activity, but normally with a minimum of 2 people, most of the activities we offer could be carried out. With 4 people, any activity is guaranteed, unless there was no availability or the number of participants was restricted to a lower number.

If the weather forecast is poor for the scheduled day of an activity, or if any circumstances beyond our control prevent it from taking place, at the provider's discretion, we will offer you an equivalent alternative, a change of date (we'll hold it for you for one year) or a refund.

If the activity has already begun and must be suspended during its development due to adverse weather or any other force majeure circumstance, no alternatives or refunds will be offered.

Many of the activities offered are not usually compatible with bringing pets along, although there are exceptions. It's best to ask us before booking.
