Pack

• Pack subject to availability of the services included.
• Recommended advance booking time: 7 days.
• Minimum stay of 2 nights.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the final decision for the implementation or modification of the services of the Pack ultimately rests with the organiser or the providers of such services.
• Customer service and the performance of services are provided in Spanish, unless otherwise indicated.
• This pack does not include medical or cancellation insurance. You can take out your own if you wish.

Accommodation

• Check in from 12:00 to 19:00 and check out until 11:00.
• Double or single rooms (10 m2 approx.) with private bathroom with double bed (150 cm) or single bed (105 cm), according to demand and availability.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Mediterranean-style breakfast (from 09:00 to 11:00).
• Dinner only available in July and August or for groups of 10 or more people. Dinner menu (from 20:00 to 22:00). Coffee and drink included.
• Options for vegetarians, coeliacs, food intolerances and allergies and vegans. Options for children.
• Please advise for special menus or in case of food intolerances or allergies.
• Nearby services: Banks, cafés/bars, restaurants, pharmacies, petrol stations, hospital or doctor's surgery, bakeries, supermarkets or food shops, mechanic's workshop, shops selling or renting clothes/materials, electric vehicle charging points.

Activities

• Difficulty:
  • Via Ferrata: Low level I (beginners). No previous experience is required and it is suitable for everyone. Previous experience doing ferratas is recommended for level III (advanced).
  • Canoeing: Low. No previous experience is required and it is suitable for all ages.
• Location and time:
  • Both activities take place in the Arbas Valley. The meeting point and time of the activities will be specified in the electronic voucher once the booking is confirmed.
• Duration:
  • Via Ferrata: 3h - 4h (approx.).
  • Canoeing: 2h -3h (approx.).
• Requirements:
  • CanoeingSwimming required. Not suitable for children under 10 years old.
  • Via ferrrataNo vertigo is required. Level I (initiation) not suitable for children under 12 years old. Over 18 years old for level III (advanced). Please advise in case of previous pathologies.

• When you request the reservation you will receive, via email, a private link with the final price of the Pack to complete the booking process.
• Upon payment, the amount will be held as a guarantee but will not be charged until the availability of the services included in the booking is confirmed.

• • If all services are available for the date and number of people selected, you will receive the confirmation email with the attached e-voucher (PDF) with all the details.

• • If it is not possible to confirm availability, equivalent alternatives in terms of dates or services will be proposed. If no alternative is accepted, the booking will be cancelled and the amount retained will be released.

Cancellation by the customer:

• FREE cancellation up to 14 days before the start date of the booking (check in date at the accommodation).
• If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be refunded. It is possible to postpone the booking to another date within the following 12 months FREE of charge.
• If the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

For cancellations for justified reasons (force majeure, medical emergencies or other special cases), we recommend contacting Biosfy to assess the situation.

Cancellation or significant modification by the organiser or service providers:

In the event of cancellation for reasons beyond the customer's control or if significant changes to the content of the Pack occur before the start of the Pack, the following alternatives will be offered:

• Re-booking of the reservation or service on other dates agreed with the client.
• Re-placement in a similar service, subject to the client's consent.
• Refund of the full amount of the reservation.
