What do I need to know?

This signal is not charged. It is only retained on your card as a guarantee for processing your booking request, confirming availability with suppliers and calculating the final price of your Pack according to the dates, people and services included.

Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a private link to your email with the exact amount so that you can check it. Places are blocked during 48 hours since sending this link.

• If it fits you, you will be able to make a reservation by making the payment through the same link within this period, which will release the retained deposit. Your booking will be confirmed to 100% when you receive in your e-mail the electronic voucher.
• If it doesn't fit, or do not complete the booking within 48 hours, the signal is released and the application is cancelled.
