- Guided snowshoeing route in the surroundings of the Riaño Mountains.
- It includes the accompaniment of qualified guides and RC and accident insurance.
- Poles and snowshoes are provided for the activity.
- Difficulty: Low. No previous experience is required and it is suitable for all ages.
- What to bring: Medium or high-top hiking boots, technical hiking clothing, sun protection, gloves,
cap or hat, jacket, and coat. - Group: Minimum of 2 people (including adults and children) and maximum of 25 people. For larger groups please contact Biosfy (special prices).
- Location: Riaño Mountain. The exact meeting point will be detailed in the electronic voucher once the booking is confirmed.
- Duration: 2-3 hours (approx.).
- Timetable: One morning and one afternoon shift. The exact time will be detailed on the e-voucher once the booking has been confirmed.
- 33 €/pers. (minimum group of 4 people) or 43 €/pers. if the group is 2 or 3 people.

- Minimum advance booking of 3 days.
- Warn in case of pathologies (cardiovascular diseases, claustrophobia, vertigo, others, etc.).
- In unforeseen situations, the final decision for the realisation or modification of the service ultimately rests with the service provider.
- Minimum age: 10 years old.
- Upon payment, the amount will be held as a guarantee but will not be charged until the availability of the services included in the booking is confirmed.
- If there is availability for the date and number of people selected, a confirmation email will be sent with the attached e-voucher with all the details within 72 hours at the latest.
- In the event that it is not possible to confirm availability, equivalent alternatives in terms of dates or services will be proposed. If these are not accepted, the booking will be cancelled and the amount retained will be released.
- Cancellation by the customer:
- Cancellation more than 5 days before the start date of the booking: The booking amount will be refunded minus the handling fee, which is 10% of the total for bookings of up to 8 persons and 20% for bookings of 9 or more persons (groups).
- Cancellation 5 days or less before the start date of the booking: No refund will be given.
- Cancellation by the organiser or the service provider: In the event of cancellation of the service for reasons beyond the customer's control (including weather conditions), the following alternatives will be offered:
- Re-placement in the same activity on other dates agreed with the client.
- Reimbursement of the full amount of the activity (including the 10 % management costs).
