The Portilla via ferrata, in the Riaño and Mampodre mountain range, is characterised by its conglomerate rock faces, its 'stairway to heaven' which reaches the summit of Pico Cabrón, and its beautiful views of the Picos de Europa, which expand as you gain altitude.

Flexible cancellation

  • IncludesGuided tour of the Portilla de la Reina via ferrata. Public liability and personal accident insurance included. Helmet, harness, lanyards, and gloves are provided for the activity.
  • What to bring: Participants should bring some warm clothing, hiking boots, a backpack with snacks and water.
  • Location: Riaño and Mampodre Mountains Regional Park. The exact meeting point will be detailed on the e-voucher once the booking is confirmed.

  • ConditionsActivity subject to availability. Not recommended for people with vertigo. Please inform us of any pre-existing conditions or cardiovascular diseases. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the final decision regarding the performance or modification of the service rests ultimately with the guide, instructor, or person in charge.

  • Reserve safeguard: As a general rule, we keep your reservation for up to 12 months in the event of a change.
  • Weather coverageIf the guide, monitor or person in charge cancels a service due to weather conditions (or other), we offer the option of postponing it to another date, providing an equivalent alternative service or refunding the amount paid.

Payment can be made by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through a secure payment gateway (Redsys or Stripe). A minimum booking period of 7 days is recommended.

The amount will be retained as a guarantee but is not charged until the availability of the services included in the booking is confirmed:

  • If available For the indicated date and number of people, a confirmation email will be sent with the electronic voucher attached, containing all the booking details.
  • If not available, equivalent alternatives in dates or services may be proposed. If no alternative is accepted, the booking will be cancelled and the amount retained will be released.

Customer cancellation

  • The booking amount will not be refunded (except for duly justified reasons of force majeure). The option to change the date free of charge is offered (up to 12 months).

Cancellation by the organiser or service provider due to reasons beyond the customer's control (including weather conditions)

  • Rescheduling to an alternative agreed date or activity with the client (up to 12 months).
  • Refund of the full amount of the activity.
