• *Reference price for an adult person in the case of selecting the rural hotel: 2 nights in a double room with breakfast (with 2 persons) and ski course, if the minimum group size is reached (6 persons).
• If the rural flat is selected, the reference price for an adult person will be from 250 €/pers. in the following case: 2 nights in a 2-person flat (with 2 persons) and ski course, reaching the minimum group size (6 persons).
• The final price will be sent once the booking request has been made and may vary according to the dates selected, number of people, etc.

Pack

• Pack subject to availability of the services included.
• Recommended advance booking time is 10 days.
• Short break with a minimum stay of 2 nights.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the final decision for the implementation or modification of the services of the Pack ultimately rests with the organiser or the providers of such services.
• Customer service and the performance of services are provided in Spanish, unless otherwise indicated.
• This pack does not include medical or cancellation insurance. You can take out your own if you wish.

Accommodation

• Rural flat.
  • Check in from 17:00 to 22:00 // Check out from 09:00 to 11:00.
  • Option of an extra bed in one of the 2-seater flats.
  • Pets allowed.
  • Ski lockers.
  • Nearby services: Banks, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, petrol stations, hospital or doctor's surgery, bakeries, supermarkets or food shops, mechanics' workshops, shops selling or renting clothes and/or equipment.

  • Check in from 17:00 to 22:00 // Check out from 09:00 to 11:00.
  • Rooms with private bathroom with double bed or single bed according to demand and availability.
  • No option for extra beds or cots in double rooms.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • Continental breakfast (from 08:30 to 10:00): coffee, fresh orange juice, toast with butter and homemade jam or with tomato and ham, homemade pastries, teas, etc.
  • Dinner menu (from 20:00 to 21:30): choice of two starters and two main courses. Dessert, water/wine/soda and bread included.
  • Please advise for special menus or in case of food intolerances or allergies.

Activities

• Difficulty/Level: Initiation only.
• Location: Valle de Laciana-Leitariegos Winter Resort. The meeting point and time of the activities will be specified in the electronic voucher once the booking has been confirmed.
• Duration: 3h on Saturday and 3h on Sunday (6h in total).

• • Upon requesting the reservation, a private payment link with the final price of the Pack will be sent via email within 48 hours to complete the booking process.
  • Upon payment, the amount will be held as a guarantee but will not be charged until the availability of the services included in the booking is confirmed.
  • • If all services are available for the date and number of people selected, you will receive a confirmation email with the attached e-voucher with full details within 48 hours.
    • If it is not possible to confirm availability, equivalent alternatives in terms of dates or services will be proposed. If no alternative is accepted, the booking will be cancelled and the amount retained will be released.

• Cancellation by the customer:
  • FREE cancellation up to 14 days before the start date of the booking (check in date at the accommodation).
  • If the cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of the total amount of the booking will be refunded. It is possible to postpone the booking to another date within the following 12 months FREE of charge.
  • If the cancellation is made less than 7 days in advance, the reservation fee will not be refunded.

  For cancellations for justified reasons (force majeure, medical emergencies or other special cases), we recommend contacting Biosfy to assess the situation.

  Cancellation or significant modification by the organiser or service providers:

  In the event of cancellation for reasons beyond the customer's control or if significant changes to the content of the Pack occur before the start of the Pack, the following alternatives will be offered:

  • Re-booking of the reservation or service on other dates agreed with the client.
  • Re-placement in a similar service, subject to the client's consent.
  • Refund of the full amount of the reservation.
