- IncludesAccompaniment of an expert guide in wildlife sighting and photography and interpretation of the natural environment, Civil Liability and Accident insurance, quality optical equipment (binoculars and spotting scope), headlamps and photographic report.
- What to bringEssential: Waterproof hiking shoes, comfortable and breathable clothing, waterproof cape, hat, gloves, gaiters and warm clothes. Headlamp, sunglasses, lip balm and sun cream. Backpack of approx. 35 L and some food and water. Camera (with manual mode, if possible), wide angle lens and telephoto lens, light tripod or monopod.

- ConditionsActivity subject to availability. As with any wild animal sighting, observation cannot be guaranteed. Please advise of any pre-existing conditions or cardiovascular diseases. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the final decision regarding the performance or modification of the service ultimately rests with the guide, instructor, or person in charge.
- Fair priceIf the group increases, we will refund you the corresponding part (when applicable).
- Special ratesPrices adapted to minors according to age or other groups (when applicable).
- Reserve safeguard: As a general rule, we keep your reservation for up to 12 months in the event of a change.
- Weather coverageIf the guide, monitor or person in charge cancels a service due to weather conditions (or other), we offer the option of postponing it to another date, providing an equivalent alternative service or refunding the amount paid.
Payment can be made by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through a secure payment gateway (Redsys or Stripe). A minimum booking period of 7 days is recommended.
The amount will be retained as a guarantee but is not charged until the availability of the services included in the booking is confirmed:
- If available For the indicated date and number of people, a confirmation email will be sent with the electronic voucher attached, containing all the booking details.
- If not available, equivalent alternatives in dates or services may be proposed. If no alternative is accepted, the booking will be cancelled and the amount retained will be released.
Customer cancellation
- Up to 3 days before the date of implementationRefund of the amount of the booking minus the management fees (3 €/pers. for bookings of up to 8 people and 10% of the booking for groups of 9 or more people). The possibility of changing the date is offered free of charge (up to 12 months).
- Less than 3 days before the date of the eventThe booking amount will not be refunded, nor will the option to change the date be offered (except in cases of duly justified force majeure).
Cancellation by the organiser or service provider due to reasons beyond the customer's control (including weather conditions)
- Rescheduling to an alternative agreed date or activity with the client (up to 12 months).
- Refund of the full amount of the activity.
