- What to bringClothes in neutral colours and suitable for the predicted weather, binoculars, camera, boots, some food and water.
- LocationBiosphere Reserve of the Valleys of Omaña and Luna. The exact meeting point will be detailed on the e-voucher once the booking is confirmed.
- TimetableIn the morning or afternoon. Schedule adjustable depending on the season and duration of the activity. The exact time will be detailed on the electronic voucher once the booking is confirmed.
- Price€49 per person for groups of 4 people. €64 per person if the group is 3 people. €94 per person if the group is 2 people. €185 if only 1 person books.
- ConditionsActivity subject to availability. Please inform us of any pre-existing conditions or cardiovascular diseases. In unforeseen circumstances, the final decision regarding the undertaking or modification of the service rests ultimately with the guide, monitor, or responsible person.
- Fair priceIf the group increases, we will refund you the corresponding part (when applicable).
- Special ratesPrices adapted to minors according to age or other groups (when applicable).
- Reserve safeguard: As a general rule, we keep your reservation for up to 12 months in the event of a change.
- Weather coverageIf the guide, monitor or person in charge cancels a service due to weather conditions (or other), we offer the option of postponing it to another date, providing an equivalent alternative service or refunding the amount paid.
Payment can be made by credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through a secure payment gateway (Redsys or Stripe). A minimum booking period of 7 days is recommended.
The amount will be retained as a guarantee but is not charged until the availability of the services included in the booking is confirmed:
- If available For the indicated date and number of people, a confirmation email will be sent with the electronic voucher attached, containing all the booking details.
- If not available, equivalent alternatives in dates or services may be proposed. If no alternative is accepted, the booking will be cancelled and the amount retained will be released.
Customer cancellation
- Up to 3 days before the date of implementationRefund of the amount of the booking minus the management fees (3 €/pers. for bookings of up to 8 people and 10% of the booking for groups of 9 or more people). The possibility of changing the date is offered free of charge (up to 12 months).
- Less than 3 days before the date of the eventThe booking amount will not be refunded, nor will the option to change the date be offered (except in cases of duly justified force majeure).
Cancellation by the organiser or service provider due to reasons beyond the customer's control (including weather conditions)
- Rescheduling to an alternative agreed date or activity with the client (up to 12 months).
- Refund of the full amount of the activity.
